What a finish to the Season. With record high temperature the half term holiday seemed more like August, the outdoor Pool saw much use with customers lounging in the pool for a hour or more. It was a pleasure to sit out in temperatures of 19-20 degrees C at 10.oclock at night and watch the stars.

The changes at La Grange are well underway with the new Ardoux gite. This gite replaces the one bedroom Saule Gite and the 2 Bedroom Chataigne and with the exsisting lounge,Kitchen and spare room now forms a new 5 bedroom gite with three of the bedrooms en-suite. The whole of what was the Saule gite is now one very large Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and seperate dressing room, there is a loungeing area with two easy chairs and a coffee table. The focus of the room is the beautiful fire place. New patio doors lead onto the terrace.
The Chataigne gite has now been gutted to be replaced by two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a new bathroom. The work on this along with the revampt kitcken should be finished by Christmas.

The improvements to the sports hall are also well underway
with the new toilet and shower block almost finished. This
will provide much needed facilities both for our resident guests
and any friend they have that visit, but also allowing us to do
functions out of season.

The terrace outside the indoor pool has been constructed
and has been called the sunset terrace,as it is the only terrace
area that faces the north west for those glorious sunsets that
we get. The final pionting of the wall has still to be done and
the backfill needs the winter to settle before the area can be
paved. It's hoped that a pizza oven can be built on the terrace,
adding to the already large facilities of our sports and games
hall.

The last area of construction will be to finish the concrete floor
in what will be the Childrens Play Room. This is a huge space
some 30meters long and 7 meters wide. Amongst other things
it is hoped to have the skittles rink in by the spring.

With bookings already coming in at a good rate,it is hoped that
the 2007 season will be as good as this season or even better.
